Der Hauptforscher Henry Loeser: Lehrer, Anwalt und Praktiker der Community-Medien seit 2003.
Er ist mit RadioExpert, Community Media Forum Europe, und AMARC verbunden.
Diese Forschung stellt sein PhD-Projekt (in Soziologie an der Masaryk University am Brno, Tschechien) dar.
An der Zusammenarbeit bei dem Projekt beteiligt sind VFRO, RTR, OKTO TV, DORF TV, FS1 TV
